Sebastian Gey

Sebastian Gey has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Sebastian began their career as a working student at ProStadt GmbH, where they worked closely with senior management on various land bidding processes and conducted research to address housing shortages and stimulate economic growth in the Berlin district.

In 2012, Sebastian interned at Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH, gaining experience in transaction advisory services.

Since 2013, they have been with PATRIZIA AG, a leading global investment manager. Sebastian initially joined as a Manager in Strategy & Corporate Development, where they evaluated new strategies and business lines, reviewed strategies for existing products, and supported new product development and fundraising activities. Sebastian then progressed to become the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and later the Head of Product Development & Client Services, Director. In their most recent role as Head of Products, Managing Director, they are responsible for overseeing the company's product portfolio. Throughout their career, Sebastian has demonstrated a strong ability to work closely with senior management and expand the firm's real estate investment management business.

Sebastian Gey completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Regional Sciences from the University of Potsdam, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Sebastian then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Immobilienwirtschaft (Real Estate Business) at the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg, studying there from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Real Estate from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, where they attended from 2012 to 2013.
