Dimitri de Wal

Dimitri de Wal is a seasoned lighting professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the First Technician Light at Patronaat since June 2016 and working as a Freelance Lightengineer, Dimitri holds multiple roles, including Laser Operator at StageLasers.nl and owner of Spotlight Productions. With a strong background as a Light Engineer for various venues such as TivoliVredenburg and Q-Factory, Dimitri has also contributed as an allround technician at TSR Total Sound Reinforcement B.V. and Jurlights B.V. Educational qualifications include a degree in Allround Technician, Light and Sound Engineer from MediaCollege Amsterdam and further IT training as an AWS Cloud Operator/Engineer. Noteworthy performances include a last-minute role as Light Operator for the band Hypocrisy on their tour with Amon Amarth.
