Vanessa Glückselig has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vanessa currently holds the role of VP People at Patronus Group, where they are responsible for building a world where aging is delightful and dignified by developing wearable software that allows older adults at risk to call for help. Prior to this, Vanessa worked at Wayfair as Talent Relations and at GEA Group as Interim Global Lead HR Services. Vanessa also has experience in Zalando SE as Team Lead People & Organization (Special Projects), Care.com as (Interim) Head of Human Resources Germany, AUTO1 as Team Lead Human Resources Management, Experis GmbH as a Consultant, and Nestlé where they held several roles in Human Resources and as a Management Assistant. Throughout their career, Vanessa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and expertise in HR business partnering, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
Vanessa Glückselig obtained a Vocational Diploma in Business Administration from Wirtschafts- und Kaderschule KV Bern, spanning from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Psychology at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2020.
