Cameron Norgate

Cameron Norgate has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cameron is the Co-Founder and handles Product & Marketing at Pattern Ag since November 2018. At Pattern Ag, they utilize genomics, data science, and microbiology to assist farmers in enhancing their land's productivity and profitability. Cameron combines genomic analysis with digital sensing, data science, and machine learning to generate predictive insights for on-farm decision making.

Prior to that, they worked at The Climate Corporation from 2012 to 2018. At The Climate Corporation, they held the position of Director of Product Management from May 2014 to November 2018 and Senior Product Manager from November 2012 to May 2014.

Cameron also worked at Intuit from 2010 to 2012, where they served as a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Payments from August 2011 to November 2012. Cameron focused on their mobile payment solution, GoPayment. Cameron was also a Product Manager for Personal Finance Solutions at Intuit Financial Services from March 2010 to August 2011.

In addition, Cameron worked as an Associate at Francisco Partners from June 2009 to February 2010 and as a Consultant at Bain & Company from 2006 to 2009. As a consultant at Bain & Company, they advised clients on strategic and operational decisions in various industries, including Finance & Asset Management, Retail, and Software/Technology. Cameron also performed due diligence for clients involved in M&A/PE.

Cameron Norgate has completed an HBA degree in Business at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Prior to this, they attended Upper Canada College where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program.
