Diana MacIel

Diana Maciel serves as the Creative Director at PATTERN Beauty since August 2025, previously holding the position of VP of Creative at IPSY from August 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading creative strategy for subscription services and overseeing teams across multiple disciplines. Prior to IPSY, Maciel was the Global Creative Director at Forever 21, managing extensive creative teams and ensuring brand integrity. Additional experience includes leading creative services at Lucky Brand, founding Looksy, and directing projects for several established firms including Guess?, ORLY International, and BCBG Max Azria. Diana Maciel earned a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Communications from San Francisco State University, graduating in 1998.
