Freddy Padilla

Freddy Padilla, PMP, is an experienced project analyst currently serving at Pattern Energy Group since January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Project Analyst at San Francisco Public Works, where responsibilities involved managing project controls for infrastructure construction projects, as well as serving as Senior Contract Analyst, overseeing construction contracting administration. Freddy also held positions as Senior Contract Analyst with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and Contract Analyst at San Francisco Public Works, managing RFQs, RFPs, and compliance checks. Additional experience includes budget development and analysis as Associate Budget Development Analyst for the City of San Diego and auditing construction projects as Staff Auditor for the Office of the Controller in San Francisco. Freddy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Construction Management Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension.
