Paul Haberlein

Paul Haberlein has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Paul has held positions at Pattern Energy Group, where they served as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Assistant Vice President of Operational Excellence. Paul also worked as Sr. Director of Business Transformation and Director of Operations Engineering.

Prior to their time at Pattern Energy Group, Haberlein worked at AREVA Multibrid GmbH as the Head of Wind Plant Solutions and Head of Commercial Operations, where they focused on improving business cases and expanding the global sales organization.

Haberlein also has experience at Clipper Windpower, where they served as Director of SCADA Engineering, Director of Turbine Optimization and Performance, and Special Projects Manager.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Haberlein served in the US Navy as an Executive Department Head and Navigator aboard the USS GRIDLEY. Paul also served as an Electrical Officer and Assistant Chief Engineer aboard the USS PAUL HAMILTON.

Throughout their career, Haberlein has gained expertise in areas such as operational excellence, wind energy, sales and operations planning, and navigating and managing complex projects and teams.

Paul Haberlein attended Annapolis High School from 1996 to 1999. Paul then went on to study Economics at the United States Naval Academy from 1999 to 2003, earning their bachelor's degree.
