Donald Brown

Donald Brown serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Universal Pure, a position held since April 2025, where responsibilities include leading initiatives in Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Maintenance & Engineering, and Organizational Transformation. Prior to this role, Donald held various leadership positions, including Director of Continuous Improvement at Alphia and Senior Director of Procurement/Operations at Sauer Brands, Inc. Notably, Donald has a solid track record in operational excellence, achieving COGS reduction, optimizing procurement and inventory processes, and enhancing cash flow and customer service. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Owens & Minor as Manager of Supply Chain Improvement and significant roles at Virginia Abrasives Corporation, ultimately serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Donald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science with a focus on Production & Operations Management from Virginia Tech.
