Traci Pashley

Traci Pashley has a strong background in civil engineering and structural design. With experience in leading teams and providing engineering solutions for wind turbine projects, Traci has held key roles in various organizations such as Pattern Energy Group, SSOE Group, and Vestas. As the Sr. Director of Operations Engineering at Pattern Energy Group, Traci brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Prior to this, Traci also owned Pashley Engineering, where their consultancy services provided structural engineering solutions. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Linfield University, Traci's education and experience make their a valuable asset in the engineering industry.
