Janet Quick

Janet Quick has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Janet started their career as a Teller at Citizens Bank Minnesota and then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Schneiderman's Furniture and Lifetime Fitness. Later, they joined Northwest Airlines as an Analyst in Information Security. Janet then transitioned to human resources roles, working as a Human Resources Assistant at Valmont Industries and a Human Resources Staffing Assistant at Barr Engineering Co. Janet also gained experience in talent acquisition, serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Patterson Companies, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and enhancing the candidate experience. Additionally, Janet has experience in project management and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Their most recent role was at Patterson Companies, Inc. as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner & Employer Branding Lead.

Janet Quick has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Janet also attended Grantsburg High School. In addition to their formal education, Janet has obtained various certifications related to cross-cultural communication, workplace motivation and engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
