Jenny Moskwa

Jenny Moskwa has a strong background in human resources and compensation analysis. Jenny most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Patterson Companies, Inc. starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Patterson Dental as a Human Resources Manager from October 2020 to July 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from February 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Patterson Dental, Jenny was an Executive Compensation Analyst at General Mills from March 2017 to February 2019. Jenny also worked as a Compensation Analyst at Patterson Companies, Inc. from September 2013 to March 2017. Early in their career, Jenny gained experience as a Compensation Consulting Intern at McLagan from May 2012 to August 2012.

Jenny Moskwa obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Accounting from Bethel University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Jenny then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Concordia University-St. Paul from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
