Pamela Tomczik

Pam Tomczik is an accomplished finance and corporate development executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and legal counsel. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Treasurer and Corporate Development at Target since October 2014, Pam oversees a centralized team that manages M&A and equity investment activities. Prior to this, Pam held significant roles at Thomson Reuters from 2006 to 2014, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the IP & Science Division, where Pam was instrumental in shaping strategic direction and driving inorganic growth. Pam's earlier career includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Andersen Windows and Senior Corporate Counsel at Travelers, where Pam played key roles in transformative deals. Pam holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in Management & Communications from Hamline University. Additionally, Pam is currently a board member on the Audit & Finance Committee for Patterson Companies, Inc.
