Steve Zayac

Product Application Specialist at Patterson Pope, Inc.

Steve Zayac has had extensive experience in various roles related to installation, maintenance, and operations management. Steve started their career as a General Farm Helper at Rocky River Riding, Inc. in 1983 and eventually became an Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations and ordering supplies. After that, they worked as a Facilities Manager at Lake Erie College, where they managed the school's farm and supervised employees.

In 1995, Steve joined MJM Management as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for training staff and performing maintenance and custodial duties. Steve then moved on to Millennium Housing Management-Beachpark Tower Apartments in 1997, where they served as a Maintenance Superintendent, supervising and training the maintenance and custodial staff while also performing scheduled maintenance for a 161-unit apartment complex.

In 2001, Steve joined Central Business Group as an Installation Manager, where they oversaw installation and service staff and scheduled multiple installs for Spacesaver storage products. In 2010, they established their own company, Zayac Installation Services, Ltd., where they specialized in installation, relocation, and maintenance services for storage equipment and office systems furniture.

Most recently, Steve worked at Patterson Pope since 2011, starting as a Project Coordinator and later being promoted to Regional Operations Manager for the Midwest region. In this role, they provided guidance, coaching, and counseling to the operations staff while working closely with other leaders to ensure efficient and high-level client service.

Throughout their career, Steve has acquired extensive experience in various aspects of installation, maintenance, and operations management.

Steve Zayac completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1985 to 1989, they attended Westlake High School and obtained a diploma in College Prep. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at Otterbein University in 1989 and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Equine Science with an emphasis on facility management.
