Daniel Mcmanus

Daniel Mcmanus is currently Of Counsel at Patterson + Sheridan. Prior to their current position, they were a Law Clerk at IP Legal Services, LLC from January 2012 to November 2012, where they drafted patent applications and responses to office actions for inventions relating to software, computer hardware, and other electronics. From October 2008 to August 2010, they were Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer at ABB, where they completed electrical design, automation programming (e.g., PLC/HMI/SCADA etc..), factory testing, and on-site commissioning for centrifuge installations at numerous Water and Wastewater plants. From September 2006 to October 2008, they were Electrical Controls Engineer at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, where they were lead automation engineer for systems integrator on multiple projects, completing control system programming (e.g., PLC/DCS) and operator interface programming (e.g., SCADA/HMI) and on-site commissioning for clients in the food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries. Daniel was previously a Process Control Engineer (Chemical Plants) at Specialty Minerals Inc. from April 2004 to September 2006.

Daniel Mcmanus has a JD from Villanova University School of Law and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
