Eoghan O'Neill

Eoghan O'Neill is a seasoned professional in water infrastructure, currently serving as Technical Director at Pattle Delamore Partners since October 2012, with experience leading the Christchurch office after establishing the Invercargill office. Prior to this role, Eoghan worked at Christchurch City Council from January 2005 to September 2012 as Network Planning Team Leader and Planning Engineer for water infrastructure. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Engineer in Planning and Development Control at Dublin City Council from 2000 to 2004. Eoghan holds a Master of Engineering Science from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural and Food Engineering from the same institution.
