Neil Withers

Neil Withers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Pattle Delamore Partners since November 2024. With a strong background in financial leadership, Withers previously held the position of Head of Finance - Telecommunications at Downer New Zealand from November 2020 to October 2024. Prior to that, Withers was Chief Financial Officer at Reachmedia NZ, where responsibilities included overall financial and commercial leadership, as well as acting as Interim CEO during an ownership review. Other notable roles include Regional Sales Manager for Nissan Financial Services Australia and Financial Controller positions at both Nissan New Zealand and Pernod Ricard New Zealand. Withers possesses a degree in Financial Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington.
