Chris McConnell

Chris McConnell currently serves as the Manager of the National Catastrophe Team at COUNTRY Financial® since September 2022. With extensive experience in disaster recovery and insurance, McConnell has been the General Manager at Paul Davis USA since September 2008, where responsibilities included opening a franchise in Central Illinois, achieving a 10% year-to-date revenue increase, and establishing contracts with preferred service providers. Prior roles include Associate/Estimator at Paul Davis Restoration of Lincoln, where McConnell generated $2.3 million in new business, and Catastrophe Claim Representative and Auto Claim Adjuster at State Farm Insurance, processing a high volume of claims across the United States. McConnell holds a diploma in General Studies from Norris High School and an Associate of Science degree in Fire Protection from Southeast Community College.
