Dr. Dierk Osswald

Dr. Dierk Osswald, LL.M. has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Dr. Dierk served as the Vice President of Internal Audit, Risk Management, Insurance, and Managing Director for HARTMANN Venture at HARTMANN Group starting in July 2011. Dr. Dierk has also worked as a Privat Dozent at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management from September 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they were employed in Internal Audit at REWE Group from May 2010 to June 2011 and at Schwarz Finanz und Beteiligungs GmbH from May 2007 to April 2010. Dr. Osswald began their career as a Rechtsanwalt at Kanzlei Zumpfe Freidank Zander from January 2005 to April 2007.

Dr. Dierk Osswald, LL.M. holds a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Versicherungsrecht from the University of Münster, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Dierk also completed a Promotion degree in BWL from the University of Hohenheim from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Steinbeis Hochschule from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Osswald completed their Rechtsreferendariat and obtained a 2. Staatsexamen from 2003 to 2005. Dr. Dierk began their education journey with a 1. Staatsexamen (Diplom Jurist) in Rechtswissenschaft from the University of Tübingen, which they earned from 1998 to 2003.
