Daniel Holman

Daniel Holman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Paul Hastings since July 2025, following a role as Associate at the same firm from July 2018 to July 2025. Holman specializes in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, managing criminal and regulatory investigations across over 20 countries. Prior experience includes a position as Associate at Allen & Overy, focusing on investigations and litigation related to fraud, antitrust, anti-money laundering, and securities law. Holman was also a Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellow at Harvard University, researching public procurement integrity.
