Gary Silber

Gary Silber is an accomplished tax counsel with extensive experience in advising clients on tax matters related to corporate, partnership, joint venture, trust, and individual transactions, with a particular emphasis on U.S. tax law. Currently serving as Tax Counsel at Paul Hastings since June 2022, Gary's previous roles include Tax Partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Tax Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Gary began the legal career as a Tax Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and served as a Summer Associate at the same firm, contributing to projects on hedge fund regulations and digital privacy.
