Helena Potts

Helena Potts currently serves as a Partner in Restructuring and Special Situations at Paul Hastings since February 2023. Prior to this role, Helena held the position of Partner in Financial Restructuring at Shearman & Sterling LLP from May 2021 to February 2023 and was a Partner at Latham & Watkins from October 2011 to May 2021, where Helena was also Vice-Chair of the Global Diversity Leadership Committee. Helena's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate in the Restructuring Department at Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP and Kirkland & Ellis, as well as a Trainee at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Helena earned a BA(Hons) in Accountancy & Law from The University of Manchester between 1998 and 2002.
