Kristina Camaj

Kristina Camaj, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Managing Director of Talent Management at Paul Hastings since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kristina held various positions at Baker McKenzie from October 2004 to August 2023, including Director of Global HR Operations and Director of Talent Management for North America, where responsibilities encompassed executing the People strategy, managing talent functions, and developing high standards in People Business-Partnering. Kristina's earlier experience includes serving as North America Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Baker Botts LLP, as well as Human Resources Manager and Assistant at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Kristina holds a M.A. in Counselor Education from Wayne State University, a B.A. in Psychology from Wayne State University, and a certification in Human Resources Advanced Studies from Cornell University.
