Abhinav Reddy

Director, Enterprise Architecture & Data Science at John Paul Mitchell Systems

Abhinav Reddy has worked as a Director of Enterprise Architecture & Data Science at John Paul Mitchell Systems since 2013. In this role, they have been responsible for driving digital transformation and modernization, aligning business strategy with technology adoption, and adapting business processes to technological shifts. Abhinav has also been involved in architecting solutions based on business requirements, creating design documents, developing roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions. Additionally, Abhinav has built capabilities with enterprise applications and data linked to infrastructure based on an enterprise architecture framework.

Prior to their current role, Abhinav worked as a Management Consultant at BCS starting in 2008. Here, they led consulting engagements for business transformation programs, conducted business process mapping and engineering, and drove ERP, BI, and other relevant technology implementations. Abhinav also provided Solutions Architecture services, including requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, design flows, and pilot sessions for solution validation. Abhinav implemented and managed enterprise applications, business intelligence applications, master data management, and data engineering.

Abhinav Reddy holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Abhinav also has an MM in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, an MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from institutions such as Harvard University, Thunderbird School of Global Management, The Wharton School, and Microsoft, among others. These certifications cover various areas including negotiation and leadership, global business management, enterprise architecture, data science, and more.
