Joanna Hoggan

Joanna Hoggan, M.S. has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Joanna is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at John Paul Mitchell Systems since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Premiere Digital Services from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Director, People & Culture at Fuse Media Inc. Before that, Joanna was the Human Resources Director at Shriners Hospitals for Children from 2014 to 2017. Joanna also served as the Human Resources Director at Velocify from 2011 to 2014, as well as the Human Resources Manager at Ascent Media Group from 2008 to 2011. Joanna's career in human resources began at Kindred Healthcare, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2008.

Joanna Hoggan holds a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Northridge. Joanna also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from UC Irvine. Furthermore, they earned an MLIS degree in Information Science and a CBMA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Texas. Joanna Hoggan is additionally certified as an Esthetician by the California Board of Cosmetology and as a Certified Human Resources Specialist by the University of California, Irvine Extension.
