Courtney C. is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in counseling, program management, and academic coaching. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Prestigious Opportunities at Paul Quinn College since June 2018, Courtney manages the Early Talent Identification Program, focusing on developing competitive academic opportunities for K-8 students to combat racial disparities. As an adjunct faculty member, Courtney has designed a course on Career Management and Workforce Readiness. Previous roles include Director of Upper School Counseling at The Westwood School, where a comprehensive counseling program was established, and College Degree Advisor at myCollegeLaunch, enhancing college completion pathways for adults. Additional experience includes life coaching, teaching music, and operating a private music studio with students achieving top awards. Education credentials include a Master of Education from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State College.
