Adrian Wanner

Adrian Wanner is a distinguished research leader in the field of structural neurobiology, currently serving as the Research Group Leader at the Paul Scherrer Institut PSI since June 2021. Concurrently, Adrian Wanner is the Founder and Chairman of the Board at ariadne.ai, a position held since November 2014. Past academic appointments include serving as a CV Starr Fellow at Princeton University from September 2017 to May 2021 and as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research from November 2009 to September 2017. Adrian Wanner's early career includes roles as an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Neuroinformatics and a Master Thesis Student at the Salk Institute. Adrian Wanner holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Basel and a Master's degree in Natural Sciences from ETH Zürich, along with a recent CAS in Leadership in Science from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
