Sushant Pal

Sushant Pal is a doctoral student at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI, focusing on the structural basis of Clostridial neurotoxins & human SV2 neuro-receptors interactions. Prior to that, Sushant worked on Phenol binding in MopR ATPase for their Master and Bachelor's thesis, conducted Molecular Dynamics Analysis of MopR, and interned at CCNY and University of Miami where Sushant researched bacterial replicative helicases and applied Deep Learning in Biomedical-Informatics. Sushant also has experience as a Weightlifting Team Member at IIT Bombay Sports and served as an Institute Student Mentor and Department Academic Mentor at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Sushant is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomolecular Structure & Mechanism at ETH Zürich.
