Ilaria Carughi

Ilaria Carughi has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the fashion industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Paul Smith Milano since August 2002. In this role, Ilaria oversees customer service, logistics, back office operations, and credit control. Previous positions at Paul Smith include Sales Executive and Back Office Senior, focusing on the Men’s Jeans line across several European countries and managing overall sales for various product lines. Ilaria also has a background as a Sales Assistant and Shop Manager, along with earlier experience as Head of Reception at St. Louis International School and as a runway and showroom model for prestigious brands in major fashion capitals. Ilaria holds a diploma from ITC + PACLE Elsa Morante, achieved in 1994.
