Dominik Davatolhagh

Dominik Davatolhagh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dominik is currently working as the Head of Finance at Paul Valentine since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer in Management and Accounting at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg from June 2020 to December 2022. Dominik also served as a Controller at MVV Netze GmbH from April 2020 to December 2022.

Before their roles in academia and finance, Dominik gained experience as a Research Assistant at Universität Mannheim from September 2018 to March 2020. Dominik also interned at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants as a Management Consulting Intern in June 2017.

Dominik's early work experience includes positions at Abbott and Bosch Rexroth. At Abbott, they worked as a Financial Analyst, Campus Ambassador, and completed their Bachelor Thesis in Manufacturing Operations from 2012 to 2017. At Bosch Rexroth, they served as a Controlling Intern from July 2015 to January 2016.

Additionally, Dominik has been involved in tutoring roles, serving as a Tutor of Management Accounting and Financial Accounting at Universität Mannheim and a Tutor of Financial Accounting at Wiesbaden Business School.

Dominik Davatolhagh began their education at the Wiesbaden Business School in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Administration. Dominik completed this program in 2016.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Dominik joined the University of Mannheim in 2016 for their Master's degree. Dominik pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control at Università Bocconi from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they concurrently pursued a Mannheim Master in Management degree at the University of Mannheim.

Finally, Dominik completed their academic journey by obtaining a Doctorate of Philosophy (Dr. rer. pol.) in Business Administration and Taxation from the University of Mannheim in 2020.
