Luke Quincey has over 10 years of experience in the culinary field. Luke started their career as a Chef De Partie at East Close Hotel in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Luke then moved on to Edge Restaurant where they served as a Senior Chef De Partie from 2010 to 2012. After that, Luke joined MLVH LTD OX HOTEL as a Sous Chef from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined the University of Southampton and worked as a Sous Chef until 2018, gaining experience in producing high-quality food for various catering outlets. Currently, Luke holds the position of Head Chef at Paultons Park, a role they have been in since 2018.
Luke Quincey attended the Bournemouth and Poole College from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Diploma in professional cookery. During their time at the college, they focused on studying Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
