Javier Aparicio Tormo

Javier Aparicio Tormo is an experienced civil engineer specializing in road, canal, and port engineering, currently employed at PAVASAL E.C. S.A. since March 2017. Previously, Javier worked as a Técnico at Ayuntamiento de Bellús, managing potable water supply services, and as a Jefe de producción at Grupo Rover Alcisa, overseeing production lines and ensuring the fulfillment of work plans.
