Keith Rossi

Keith Rossi, PHR, has over 19 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Keith is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pave America since July 2023. Prior to this, from November 2021 to July 2023, they held the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Federated Wireless, where they focused on making deploying and managing new 5G private wireless networks simple, affordable, and accessible.

In addition, Keith has extensive experience as the President/Owner of KRE Talent Solutions, LLC, from 2020 to 2021, where they partnered with small and medium businesses to optimize and deploy talent acquisition strategies. Keith was also the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Common Securitization Solutions from 2016 to 2019, where they built and managed a high-impact talent acquisition function.

Keith has also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Strategic Sourcing Lead, where they developed and managed external talent pipelines. Keith has held various roles at KRE Talent Solutions, LLC, Lunarline, Inc, CACI, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SAIC, focusing on talent acquisition and recruiting.

Keith Rossi, PHR received their Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Keith also holds additional certifications, including a PHR certification from HRCI and a Security+ certification from CompTIA.
