Operations, International Expansion at Pave

Katie Rovelstad is currently the Operations Manager at Pave, where their goal is to make communicating and planning compensation easier and fairer. Katie started with the company as one of the first 10 employees, and has since been building and leading functions across the company as it scales. Her current focus is on International Expansion, as Pave looks to bring its services to Europe.

Prior to their current role, Katie held positions at Segment and Medallia. At Segment, they served as the Head of Success Operations & Education, Success Strategy & Operations, and Strategic Projects & Initiatives. In this role, they were responsible for helping Medallia customers uncover and prioritize actions that positively impacted their customer's experience.

At Medallia, Katie served as the Insights Manager, Customer Experience Strategy, and Professional Services. In these roles, they were responsible for redesigning how Medallia employees interact with the internal application of the Medallia software, as well as advising clients on customer experience management (CEM) best practices.

Katie has a proven track record in operations and customer experience management, and has played a key role in the growth of both Segment and Medallia.

Katie Rovelstad's education includes a BA from Stanford University in Political Science, as well as a year of study at Peking University as part of the Bing Overseas Study Program.
