Bri Dusty is an accomplished professional in human resources and operations with a diverse background in retail management and team development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Pavement Coffeehouse since December 2022, Bri previously held the role of People Operations & Training Manager. At Santa Inc, from January to October 2022, Bri successfully organized the Boston market expansion and developed operational strategies. During tenure at Faherty Brand, Bri elevated Boston store performance to $1 million in sales in 2021. As Regional Sales Manager at Brideside, Bri was responsible for optimizing sales across multiple markets and implementing a successful omni-channel strategy. Bri began a career at Nordstrom, where multiple roles as Sales Manager were held across various divisions. Bri earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Albertus Magnus College.
