Kiara Garcia

Kiara Garcia is an experienced financial analyst and project accountant currently working at Pavilion Construction since March 2018. Prior to this role, Kiara held the position of project administrator/accounts payable at Arrow Sign Company from December 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and preparing monthly billings. Kiara’s background also includes experience as a project coordinator, facilitating projects from inception to completion while ensuring client needs are met. A former NCAA Division I student-athlete in women's softball at Oregon State University, Kiara developed strong leadership and team-building skills while balancing academics and athletics. Kiara also represented the Mexico National Softball Team in 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Oregon State University in 2015.
