Chris Orman

Chris Orman has extensive experience in real estate investment and development, currently serving as Development Manager at Pavilion Development Company, a firm focused on build-to-suit, single-tenant retail projects across several states including Texas and Florida. Prior roles at Pavilion include Senior Development Associate and Development Associate. Earlier career experience includes serving as Sales Manager for The Charleston Nut Company, where Chris managed distribution for various food products across the Southeast, and as Territory Manager at Blue Bell Creameries. An internship at Gables Residential and a position as a Page for the South Carolina State House Judiciary Committee further contributed to Chris's professional background. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina.
