Marc Arseneau

Marc Arseneau serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pavilion Payments since July 2024, overseeing finance and accounting for the Parthenon Capital-backed company. Previously, Marc held the CFO position at Procare Software from November 2018 to July 2024, directing finance, human resources, legal, and strategic operations for the Warburg Pincus and TA Associates portfolio company. Prior roles include CFO at Oildex, where Marc managed financial and operational aspects leading to the company's successful sale, and SVP Finance and CFO of Revana, a TeleTech subsidiary. Marc's extensive experience also includes senior finance roles at The TriZetto Group, Microsoft, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University.
