Lewis Strange

Lewis Strange has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lewis currently holds the position of HR Director of Operations at Pavion since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls for 14 years, where they served as a Senior HR Director and Human Resource Business Partner. During this time, they focused on ensuring smooth business operations, developing employee engagement strategies, and strengthening employee and management relations. Before Johnson Controls, Lewis worked at USIC as a SouthWestern Regional HR Manager, where they were involved in post-merger integration and driving talent and compliance solutions. Lewis also has experience as an HR Specialist/Supervisor at UPS, Recruiting Manager at Datastaff, Branch Manager at Lloyd Creative Staffing, and Recruiter at Norell Financial Staffing.

Lewis Strange attended the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in History and English. Lewis also briefly attended Ripon College in 1996. Prior to that, they attended BRCC from 1985 to 1995. Lewis has additional certifications in various fields, including philosophy, facilitation, training, and change management.
