Jelena Mamontova

Jelena Mamontova has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Jelena began their career as a Department Manager at the Estonian Embassy in Athens. In 2006, they moved to HR factory Estonia as a Communication Manager. In 2009, they were an Executive Assistant to the CEO at F.D.D. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Procurement and HR Manager at WGI Global Inc. Following this, they were an HR Manager at Snowcat Games OÜ from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Head of Administration Department at Admiral Markets Group, and in 2021 they moved to MOST business school as a People Partner. Jelena is currently a People&Talent Partner at pawaPay.

Jelena Mamontova completed their Bachelor in International Relations and Affairs from Tallinn University of Technology between 2003 and 2006. Jelena has also obtained four additional certifications, including a Level 1 Certificate in Employer Brand Leadership from Employer Branding College in November 2020, a Töökeskkonnavoliniku koolitus (24H) from Juunika Koolitus in July 2019, a Work Environment Commissioner Certificate from Tondihobu Koolituskeskus in July 2019, and Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook from LinkedIn in January 2019.
