Chelsea Warneke is a dedicated professional with a strong background in forensic science and animal welfare. Currently serving as a Wildlife Care Assistant Volunteer at PAWS since September 2020, Chelsea has also held a position as Medical Investigator II at the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office since June 2016, specializing in forensic medico-legal death investigations. Prior experience includes roles as an Autopsy Trainee and Forensic Anthropology Intern at the King County Medical Examiner's Office from May 2014 to April 2016, and as an Office Assistant in Career Services at Seattle University from August 2010 to June 2012. Chelsea began in the animal care field as a Kennel Assistant at Wilderness Animal Hospital from March 2009 to September 2010. Chelsea obtained an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Science from Seattle University, graduating in 2014.
