Susan James

Susan James is a seasoned Community Coordinator with extensive experience in managing exchange student programs, contributing over 17 years in this field. At PAX - Program of Academic Exchange, responsibilities include interviewing and recruiting host families, as well as mentoring families and students to ensure positive experiences. Additionally, Susan has coordinated activities for Spanish students visiting from the Basque Country through Step in Florida since 2010, facilitating cultural immersion through local visits and events. An alumna of the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
