Alex Flueckiger

Alex Flueckiger has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Alex'smost recent role was as the CFO at PAX, Schweizerische Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft AG since September 2017. Alex has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pax Asset Management AG and Simpego since September 2019 and December 2019, respectively. Prior to that, they held several positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, including Head Governance & Transformation, Chief Risk Officer, Head Risk & Financial Management, Head Planning & Controlling, Regional Group Controller Europe, and Head Group Financial Reporting. Alex started their career as an Audit Manager at PwC from September 1997 to October 2002.

Alex Flueckiger began their education at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree between the years 1993 and 1996. Following this, they attended EXPERTsuisse from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Swiss Certified Auditor diploma with a focus on Audit. In 2014, Alex attended the SKU Management Programm in Switzerland and earned an Advanced Management Diploma (AMP-HSG) from the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
