As Chief People Officer for the Americas, Lori and the People Organization have a relentless focus on driving a workplace culture that is inclusive, empowering, and aligned for growth and scale. Lori and her team ensure that the entire employee life cycle is aligned with Pax8’s employment brand and continually evolve processes and tools to create scalable global HR and talent programs. Lori is instrumental in creating strategic and tactical plans to deliver an employee experience that differentiates Pax8 and positions the talent landscape for scalability and growth. Lori’s commitment to authentic relationships and courageous conversations helps build cultures of fulfillment and growth for individuals and teams.

Lori’s extensive HR and business strategy experience span over 25 years and multiple industries and countries. Her background includes building and growing best-in-class HR, marketing, project management, and business analytics teams to support high-growth businesses. With experience in M&A, global HR, and strategic planning and measurement, Lori leverages her well-rounded experience to set the vision and energize teams to exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Pax8, Lori was Chief People Officer at Enavate, and CPI Card Group. Prior to 2019, Lori was with Key Equipment Finance where she was SVP of Strategic Services and helped lead the company through numerous business and technology transformations.

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Finance from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver. Lori serves on the Board of Orion First Financial, as well as the Rocky Mountain Human Resources People & Strategy organization. She is active in the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum and is an avid supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
