Michele Robbins

Michele Robbins is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Since September 2019, Michele has served as a Senior People Ops Business Partner at Pax8, where strategic HR initiatives are implemented to enhance employee engagement and support organizational goals. Prior to this role, Michele worked as an HR Generalist at Hitachi Consulting from January 2013 to September 2019, providing comprehensive HR support for over 250 employees across the United States, which included various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and performance management. Michele holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership & HR Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Production from Kent State University.
