Tonya Jean Kelsey

Tonya Jean Kelsey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical writing, governance process management, and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Governance Process Manager at Pax8 since 2022, Tonya has previously held roles as a Technical Writer, Editor, and Wordsmith at companies such as QIMA, Upside, and Cape Cod Xplore from 2018 to 2022.
