Jacqueline Diaz, MSW has over 10 years of professional experience. In 2006, they enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Enlisted Marine, where they led and managed a team of 6 in the Combat Camera department. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at Johnson-Witkemper Insurance, Inc. and as a Healthcare Support Specialist at Dunn and Associates Third Party Administrator. In 2017, they began working at Indiana University Student Outreach Clinic as the Social Work Director of Promotions. Jacqueline also began working at Columbus Regional Health - Columbus, Indiana as an Inpatient Mental Health Social Worker and at Indiana University Health as a Methodist Emergency Room Social Worker. In 2018, they began working at St. Monica Catholic School as a School Social Worker, where they created the first ever social work program for the school. This included creating and implementing two new middle school programs, creating new policy and procedures, conducting needs based assessments, delivering mental health information, providing direction to administration on social emotional learning programs, facilitating small groups and individualized mental health counseling, teaching LifeSkills middle school students and Social Emotional Learning lessons to K-8th students, and co-creating Reaching Individual Success Everyday (R.I.S.E). Jacqueline also began working at Columbus Regional Health - Columbus, Indiana as an ER Stress Team Social Worker, PRN. In 2022, they began working at PAXAFE as an Operations Manager.

Jacqueline Diaz, MSW completed their Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington. Jacqueline earned their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Jacqueline also holds a Certification from TESOL International Association. In 2006-2007, they attended the Defense Information School.
