Hany Shalaby, MBA, CMA has over 13 years of experience in the financial industry. From 2011 to present, they have been working as a Financial Controller at Paxeramed Corp, where they are responsible for preparing periodic reports, compliance audits, monitoring internal controls, participating in the budgeting process, analyzing financial data, contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy, performing cash management functions, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll, and bank reconciliation functions, and establishing and executing internal controls over the company's accounting and financial procedures. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Chief Accountant at Millenmed Solutions, where they were responsible for overseeing the preparation of all financial documents, implementing financial strategies created by management, making sure of compliance with internal and external financial obligations, payroll taxes, profit/loss statements, insuring timely payments to vendors, coordinating with an outside auditor to perform the duties, and performing financial analysis and reporting to management as needed. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Accountant at MO'MEN GROUP.

Hany Shalaby has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which they obtained in 2013. Hany also has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Secondary School degree in Arts from EL FAROUK LANGUAGE SCHOOL in 1997. In addition, they obtained a CMA certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in June 2016.
