Mohamed ElKady has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Mohamed began their career as a Junior Technical Support Engineer at Paxeramed Corp. After two years, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer and then Technical Support Team Leader. In 2016, they moved to Medstreaming as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2018, they joined PaxeraHealth as Technical Manager, Europe, Africa and Levant. In this role, they managed a team of Customer Support professionals and was responsible for the overall implementation and customer service function in the assigned region. Mohamed was also responsible for managing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving customers SLAs and internal SLAs. Additionally, they were responsible for ensuring that all support activities were carried out to customer satisfaction within the specified time and conditions.
Mohamed ElKady obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from the Faculty of Engineering at Tanta University between 2003 and 2008.
