Alexandra Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alexandra started their career at Starbucks as a Barista from January 2016 to June 2017. Following that, they worked at UNICEF, where they held multiple roles, including Facilities Operations Help Desk Assistant, Administrative Assistant & Travel Operations Assistant, and Executive Administrative Assistant & Travel Operations Lead. Alexandra was responsible for managing calendars, organizing events, and implementing new travel preparation processes.

After UNICEF, Alexandra joined Kin + Carta as an Office Operations Coordinator and later promoted to Senior Office Operations Coordinator. In these roles, they supported employee onboarding, coordinated diversity and inclusion initiatives, and provided resources for new employees.

Alexandra then moved to Cerebral, where they served as an Onboarding Recruiting Coordinator and later as a Senior Onboarding Recruiting Coordinator. Alexandra trained subsequent Recruiting Coordinators and Onboarding Coordinators, streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes, and transferred employees to a new payroll platform.

Currently, Alexandra is a Recruiting Coordinator at Paxos. Their responsibilities include coordinating interviews, providing recruitment support, and creating outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

Alexandra Ruiz earned their Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Writing and Rhetoric from Syracuse University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Bard College from 2012 to 2014.
