Anoushka Rayner

Anoushka Rayner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anoushka is currently working at Paxos as the Head of Growth for Commodities, where their role involves modernizing finance by digitizing assets and enabling instantaneous movement. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for the charity organization Many Hopes, where they contributed to the rescue and education of abused children. Anoushka was also the Global Head of Sales & Business Development at Cobalt from 2018 to 2020.

In their earlier roles, Anoushka worked as a Global FX Sales Specialist at Traiana from 2016 to 2018 and as a Co-Founder at FindMyFuture.net in 2014. Anoushka also served as the Global Head of FX Option Sales at Forex Capital Markets - Institutional arm FXCMPro from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they held several positions at City Index, including Head of FX Sales and Partnerships - EMEA, Client Management Director, and Head of Retail Sales - Europe. Anoushka was also a part of the startup team for FXCMPro institutional spot platform as the Head of Spot FX Sales from 2005 to 2007.

Their career began at UBS in the FX Spot Desk role from 2000 to 2004, followed by a role at HSBC's FX Prop Desk from 1997 to 2000. Throughout their career, Anoushka has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, management, and finance.

Anoushka Rayner completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Plymouth, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Digital Marketing Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2010. Additionally, they studied Maths, English, and Psychology at Palmers Sixth Form, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
